Cribbage player dealt perfect hand in Fergus
FERGUS – Alycia Olesen of Fergus was dealt a perfect cribbage hand worth 29 points during weekly cribbage play at the Victoria Park Senior Centre on Dec. 12. This is an uncommon achievement, with several of other players noting they had never before seen a perfect hand. The exact odds vary depending on the source, but the odds of being dealt a perfect hand are about one in 216,000. The hand was dealt to Alycia by her cribbage partner, Michael.
