County to voice concerns to province over windfarms

Following an hour-long in-camera discussion, Wellington County council is making a move against wind turbines within Wellington County.

White said the result of that session, “is that the county will be sending a letter to the province with regards to some of the concerns we have with regard to windfarms going up in Mapleton.”

That letter will be brought back to the county in February for approval, the warden commented.
