The Grand River Agricultural Society is hosting an agricultural education program called Pizza Perfect for grade 3 students in Wellington and Waterloo school boards on March 25 and 26 at the Grand River Raceway.

The society is seeking adult volunteers to assist with presenting the program.

Retired farmers and educators, as well as current university agricultural students, are most welcome, and anyone wanting to help present the program would be greatly appreciated.

The students will learn how a pizza is made from scratch - from the growing of the grain, tomatoes, herbs and spices to the raising of animals and the making of cheese.

No experience is necessary; all materials and scripts are supplied. Contact info@grandriveragsociety.com for more information or to volunteer.
