Council approves annual Belwood Lions toll booth
It’s a toll booth for a good cause.
On May 20, the Belwood and District Lions Club will hold its annual fundraiser in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association.
The toll booth requires annual approval by the municipality allowing the fundraising activity from 8:30am to 4:30pm along Wellington Road 26 in Belwood.
“We love it when this happens every year. Our hats go off to the Belwood and District Lions Club for supporting the Canadian Diabetes Association year in and year out,” said Centre Wellington Mayor Kelly Linton as council endorsed the event.
