Cotton, Evelyn Anne; Peacefully at her home in Arthur, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, February 10, 2012 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Lavern Cotton of Arthur. Dear mother of Dan (Willaby) Cotton of Arthur, Debbie (Mark) Homer of Arthur, Laurie McKenzie of Arthur, Brenda (Greg) Johnson of Quebec, Leanne (David) Menzies of Petrolia and Lisa (Ken Wuensch) Cotton of Arthur. Loving grandma of Sharon, Dennis (Melissa), Troy (Marcia), Ryan (Ashley), Darryl (Angela), Ian (Sarah), Nicole (Kiley), Shane, Courtney (Mike) and Dean. Fondly remembered by Brent McDougall. Sadly missed by her great grandchildren Brendan, MacKenzie, Ethan, Aiden, Drew, Tegan, Evan, Blair, Avery, Thomas and Ella. Predeceased by her brothers Bruce, Norman and John Garbutt, sisters Estella Kellar, Jean Brownridge, Florence Heaslip and Joan Allen. Family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St., Arthur on Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 149 Frederick St., East, Arthur on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11am. Spring interment Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated by the family.
