Correction: D10 win not first for school
An article on page 9 of the Feb. 24 Wellington Advertiser incorrectly stated the Centre Wellington District High School senior boys basketball team captured the school’s first ever D10 basketball title.
This win was the first D10 win for the senior boys team, but several other school basketball teams have won the D10 championship.
For example, the senior girls team won in 2011 and 2012 and the junior boys team captured the title last year.
The Advertiser regrets the error.
