COPELAND, Edward “Dale”. It is with sadness that the Copeland family announces the passing of Edward Dale Copeland on Wednesday, October 19th, 2016, with his loving wife Janet there. Born in Eston, Saskatchewan on March 15, 1942, to Vanness and Bertha Copeland, Dale was the youngest with four siblings, Allan, Jean McLean (Alastair), Gordon (Cathy) and Doris MacDonald (Edgar). Fondly remembered and loved by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Linda Evans Van Der Valk. A private Memorial Service will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, Fergus at a later date. Interment at Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus. Donations may be made in Dale’s memory to the Diabetes Association or St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Fergus.
