Cooper, Jack Fredrick; Passed away peacefully at home on August 29, 2009 with his wife Carmel and children Cory and Nichole by his side.  Predeceased by parents James (Fred) in 1992, Lorna in 2003 and infant sister Joanne. Fondly remembered by brother Wayne and his wife Cynthia and their children Tyler, Adam and Jessie, brothers in law James Kelly, David Kelly (Sandy) and Arthur (the late Wendy), sisters in law Carol Anne (Adrian), Patricia (Boyd), Elaine (Gary), Pauline (Chris), Betty (Brian), Aunt Leona and Uncle Stanley. Also missed by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation was held at the Thomson Funeral Home (160 St. David St. N., Fergus, 519-843-2380) on Monday, August 31 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service was held in the chapel on Tuesday, September 1 at 2pm. Interment at Belsyde Cemetery. In memoriam donations may be made to the Groves Memorial Community Hospital – Oncology Unit.
