COOK, Frank James; Formerly of R.R.#2 Acton, passed away at his home in Guelph on Sunday, February 1st , at the age of 72, surrounded by immediate family who had provided his palliative care for 6 days. He is survived by Faith, his loving wife of 42 years, his son Rod (Tammy) of Bolton and his daughters Dawn (William Spence) and Stephanie (Goby Logan) all of Milton. He was the proud Papa of Samantha and Kessandra Cook, Julianne and Fraser Spence, and Alexandria and Benjamin Logan. Son of the late Clifford and Selina Cook; he was the youngest of their eight children.   He will be fondly remembered by Faith’s sister Joy and brother-in-law Garry Johnson and their family:  Aaron (Stephanie) and their daughter Isla, Adam (Bryan MacDiarmid) and by many nieces, nephews and friends.  Cremation has taken place and he will rest in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph. Arrangements entrusted to the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph, (519-824-0031).
