Connecting link funding denied
Public Works Manager Gary Williamson has reported to council that the 2010 Connecting Link application included a bridge on Highway 6 at the south end of Mount Forest and the third phase of the Mount Forest connecting link (Queen Street South limit).
But, he reported, “We just received a letter from MTO informing us that this year's application was denied.”
The municipality will apply again this fall.
