“During Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to encourage everyday conversations about mental health and well-being—not just in times of struggle,” says Erica Pellin, executive director of Compass Community Services.
“These sessions are a part of that practice and reflect Compass’ ongoing commitment to supporting individual and community wellness in accessible, inclusive ways.”
“Well-being doesn’t have to wait for a crisis,” adds Sarah Sytsma, director of mental health services at Compass.
“These workshops are about helping people feel more empowered in their daily lives—with small, meaningful practices that support mental and emotional health over time.”
Both webinars are free and open to all community members 18 years of age and older.
If you require accommodations to participate in the webinars or need assistance in registering, please email info@compasscs.org or call (519) 824-2431.
