Community potluck dinner on Aug. 20
Residents of this village are invited to a potluck dinner and street party to unveil the new mural and encourage people to drive slowly.
The event will be held on Aug. 20 at 5pm in the Eden Mills community hall parking lot, and include kids’ activities, mural unveiling, barbecue dinner and bonfire.
Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided and guests are asked to bring salad or dessert, plates, cutlery, a chair, their own beverages and instruments.
The event is sponsored by Canada Summer Jobs, the Eden Mills Community Club and VELS.
