A brand new exhibit of over 200 Coca-Cola artifacts – only a part of the huge collection of member Kim Weber, is currently on display in the Harriston Historical Society’s John Webb Room at the local library.

“This is an awesome display – amazing that one person can accumulate so many items from the humble bottle of Coke,” society officials state.

A preview can be viewed on the society’s Facebook page.

Time capsule

The society is also preparing a time capsule in Feburary will go under lock and key for the next 50 years.  Society officials note the container still has plenty of room.

Anyone who feels they have items which would be interesting for viewers to extract in a half century is urged to contact Sharon Weber at sdweber@wightman.ca; Mark MacKenzie  mark2641@gmail.com; or Bob Brown 680bob@wightman.ca.
