Clyne, Harold

of Harriston, passed away  at Palmerston & District Hospital on Saturday, August 28, 2010 in his 78th  year.  Beloved husband of the late Lois (Bridge) Clyne and father of Marilyn and Keith Damen of Mount Forest, Helen and Stanley Newman of Ayton, Robert and Jean Clyne, Keith and Doris Jean Clyne, and Linda Clyne, all of Harriston, and Karen and Roy Harris of Hamilton. Grandfather of Heather Damen, Lorraine Damen, Sarah Damen, Diane and Brent Chown, Christine Newman, Raymond Newman, Brenda Newman, Sonya Clyne and Mike Ulch, Ryan Clyne, Jonathan Clyne, Jennifer Clyne, Katherine Clyne, and David Harris; and great-grandfather of Braden Newman and Michael Newman. Brother-in-law of Eleanor Clyne of Medicine Hat, Alberta. Predeceased by his son David Clyne and his brothers Donald Clyne and Kenneth Clyne. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm, where the funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 31 at 2pm with Rev. Mel Sauer officiating.
