CLIFFORD – The Clifford Rotary Club donated $800 to Rotary Hand Up, an association of Rotary Clubs in District 6330 formed around 30 years ago with the goal of providing international humanitarian aid through global and district grants.
Currently Hand Up has been implementing projects in Guatemala in partnership with local Guatemalan Rotary Clubs.
