Clifford firefighters serve Spaghetti for a good cause

Over 200 people attended the Clifford Firefighters 6th Annual Spaghetti Supper at the Clifford Community Hall on April 20.

With the recent ice storm that left people in the cold and dark, firefigther Larry Newton handed out information on emergency survival kits.

Martin Witzke, Jeremy Gibson, and Brody Dettman were on the front lines serving the meal with close to 20 more firefighters manning the stove and ovens.

Diners were invited to bring along Canadian Tire money to donate to Camp Bucko – Burn Camp for Kids of Ontario.

The proceeds will enable the firefighters to help sponsor ice time for family ice skating at the Clifford arena next season.
