Adopt-a-road - Clifford and District Lions Club president Sheila Campbell was joined by her grandsons Chayse and Hunter Leith to clean up a portion of the Lions Adopt-A-Road project. The young men offered to help their grandmother on April 8 to clean up the area just past the Redwood Restaurant heading towards Neustadt.

Campbell said, “It was the perfect day for getting this project done and we all got fresh air and exercise while staying safe.”

With COVID-19 restrictions in place, this was an ideal family event. They collected three large bags of garbage from the ditches.
