CLIFFORD – The Clifford Connects Christmas in the Street event, from 5 to 7pm, will lead into the village’s annual Santa Claus Parade on Nov. 25.

In addition to downtown shopping and a Makers’ Market, Clifford Rotary Celebration Square will be bustling with music, horse and wagon rides, balloons, a food truck, a performance by a glow artist and demonstration by a blacksmith and more.

After the parade, families are encouraged to stay for photos with Santa Claus, treat bags and a barbecue hosted by the Clifford Firefighters Association.

Revellers can pick up a local business passport at participating businesses or the Minto Info Booth tent to be guided towards special promotions throughout Clifford.

Anyone completing 50 per cent of the passport will be entered in a draw for $500 in Think Minto First Gift Cards! Every passport entry beyond 50% will earn a bonus entry.

The winners of the Clifford 150th Photo Scavenger Hunt and 150 kilometres for the 150th will also be announced during the celebrations.

Nov. 25 will be a busy evening in Clifford as Clifford Connects and the Clifford Firefighters Association host Christmas in the Street, with events before and after the annual festive parade.
