Children's book launch in Georgetown
A newly published children’s book called Busy Izzy, written by Jeneva Walmsley, will be launced on Nov. 29 at at the Helson Gallery in the Cultural Centre located at the Georgetown library (9 Church St, Georgetown) from 1:30 to 4:30pm.
Santa will also be at the launch. He’ll dance and sing with the kids as well as let them tell him what they want for Christmas.
Those who purchase a copy of Busy Izzy will have access to take photos with Santa.
Book readings will take place at 2:30 and 3:30pm and there will be Busy Izzy activity sheets and fun things for Children.
Busy Izzy will be available at the launch for $20 (regularly sold for roughly $21.22 plus tax) and Walmsley will sign copies on request.
