CHECKLEY, Shawn Leslie “Chuck” Of Arthur passed away suddenly at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus as result of an accident on Sunday April 1, 2018 in his 44th year. “Precious” son of his Mother, Sue Checkley and his late Father, Leslie Checkley (2013). Dear brother of Shannon “Ab” & Brad Hickman, Christofer “Boys” & Adrienne Checkley (Schmidt) all of Arthur. Much loved by his two nephews, Josh & Jake and his special little niece Abby “Moosie”. Chuck will be missed by his 4 legged friend Kinzie. Nephew of Ruth Louttit, Lil Henry (Dave), Betty Richardson (Blaine), Brenda Fair (Ken), Mary Martin (Jim), Bill Checkley (Lorna) and Kate Checkley (John). Fondly remembered by his many cousins, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his uncles Garnet Louttit and George Henry. To honour Chuck’s wishes cremation has taken place followed by a private family service. The family would like to thank the first responders, family, friends and neighbours that have shown their love and support at this difficult time.
