Charity game
The Elora Mohawks lacrosse team are going to be playing in Arthur next week.
The team’s game on May 7 at 7pm will be held at the community centre against the Guelph Regals to raise funds for Get in Touch for Hutch.
The charity’s mandate is “to connect with youth in our communities through mental health awareness events and activities to encourage open communication and conversation ... (and) that youth will feel okay about talking about whatever it is that is troubling them - that they know it’s okay not to be okay 100 per cent of the time and that there is help out there for them if they need it.”
