CHANCE, Pat; Peacefully on November 12th, 2014 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus after a brief illness, at the age of 77 years. Will be forever missed by her husband David. Lovingly remembered by her niece Kathy (Bob) and their children Sarah and son Jackson, Emma and Duncan. Pat is predeceased by her parents Richard and Ester as well as her brother Richard. Visitation took place at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Monday, November 17th, 2014 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm, a service followed in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00pm.
