CHAMBERLAIN, John “Jack” Clarence – Passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the age of 84. Beloved husband and best friend of Joan (nee Coulson) for 63 wonderful years. Loved dad of Wayne (Diane), Leslee, and the late Brad. Devoted and proud grandpa of Brandy, Angela, Chad (Nicole) and Matthew (Kim). Great grandpa of Nicholas, Jordan, Ryker and Adrian. Dear brother of Bill, Ralph and Shirley. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Marion. Friends were received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. Funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 2 p.m. Reception followed in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Spring interment at Eden Mills Community Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
