Centre Wellington Novice Fusion
On Oct. 11 the Novice Fusion AA travelled to Niagara Falls for a double header.
Keira Healey started the scoring off, with an assist from Kai Wycherley. In the second Eddie MacDonald scored, assisted by Zander Pereira and Denver Feltham. The Flyers were yet to score and pulled their goalie. Kai Wycherley took advantage of this with a goal bringing the final score to 3-0. The shut out went to goalie Zack Dickinson.
Later the two teams faced off again and in the first few seconds MacDonald scored, assisted by Feltham. Less then a minute later Fraser Clark scored, assistanced by Aidan Meyer. In the second MacDonald scored twice more for a hat trick aided by Feltham, Healey and Clark. Clark then scored two goals for a hat trick, Feltham assisted on both goals with Fusion in the lead 6-0.
In the third Meyer scored assisted by MacDonald and Liam McCracken, Clark scored once more assisted again by Feltham and Pereira. Healey found the back of the net after a pass from MacDonald for a final of 9-0 over the Flyers. Another shut out for goalie Jacob Kurt.
Next week the Fusion will travel to Orangeville and Buffalo New York.
