It’s time to put the “fun” back in “FUNdraising.”
The Centre Wellington Community Foundation will be hosting its first ever Greatest Hits FUNdraiser.
“Brush off your dancing shoes and get ready for a great night of fun, food, friends and great music all in support of the Centre Wellington Community Foundation,” organizers state.
The event will take place on May 6 from 7pm to 1am. The Potion Kings will also be in attendance.
“We want to highlight the Community Foundation’s work in CW including providing over $150,000 in grants. The best way we can do that is by showcasing the important contribution achieved by our grant recipients in Centre Wellington. That’s why we are calling it ‘Solid Gold Greatest Hits,’” said Raymond Soucy the foundation’s executive director.
There will be community involvement throughout the event including food catered by Centre Wellington District Food School to the many live and silent auction items provided by members and organizations of the community.
