Canadian Tenors concert date changed to Oct. 2
There has been a change of date for the Canadian Tenors and their Because We Believe benefit concert with for Hospice Wellington at River Run Centre.
In spring 2010, Wellington County’s first 10-bed residential hospice will open here, bringing hospice palliative care to a new level and offer patients at the end of life a comfortable, home-like atmosphere, with clinical staff on site.
Hospice Wellington is partnering with local sponsors to bring The Canadian Tenors to the city.
The group combines classical and contemporary pop. The Canadian Tenors’ unique repertoire is sung not only in English and French but also in Spanish and Italian.
Tickets are available at the River Run box office only.
The concert will have a live fundraising auction with all proceeds supporting Hospice Wellington.
Regular and prime seating is available. Prime seating includes a pre-show reception, which begins at 6:30pm. The concert begins at 8pm. The pre-show reception and concert is $100, concert is $60. Tax receipts will be issued for a portion of the ticket prices.
