Camp set for young musicians, artists
The Guelph Youth Music Centre is offering three interactive arts day camps, set to start on July 14.
The following is a list of what each camp has to offer:
The Vivaldi String Day Camp: runs from July 14 to 18 and is open to violin, viola, cello, and double bass players who wish to develop musical leadership skills and ensemble playing skills.
Tairy Fales summer arts camp: Takes place from July 21 to Aug. 1, with opportunity to experience traditional fairy tales with a new twist, through participating in music, dance, storytelling, geared to kids 6 to 10. KidsArts summer camp: July 21 to 25, designed specifically for children with special needs.
