Cambridge man, 61, found dead in Puslinch Lake
Police are investigating after a dead person was found floating in Puslinch Lake on Monday morning.
At about 11:10am Wellington County OPP responded to a report of an unoccupied boat on Puslinch Lake across from the McClintock Marina.
OPP officers and Cambridge firefighters found an empty boat in the water and then, with help from a passing motorist, located a body in the water.
The dead man was later identified as Zbignien Baczkowski, 61, of Cambridge. The cause of death was not immediately available.
“The investigation into this will continue and more updates will be provided as they become available,” police stated.
An autopsy was scheduled for Aug. 29.
