Calls for 2008 tour
The 2008 Hills of Erin Studio Tour is celebrating its 20th year of showcasing the work of some of the region’s finest artists and craftsmen.
Organizers are inviting new artists to join the tour. It will be held on Sept. 27 and 28.
The tour will feature artists from the area.
This is an opportunity to showcase and sell work, meet the public, demonstrate skills, and network with fellow artists. Some of the featured studios are inviting guest artists to show with them.
A fee applies that covers expenses for the brochure, marketing and advertising. All tour members are expected to help organize the event.
Local artists who are interested are asked to submit an example of original work or three digital photographs (which may be on a CD) for viewing by the studio tour selection committee, along with a brief resume.
