Calder, Jane Frances (nee Woodward); September 11, 1915–February 11, 2008 at 11am. Passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace, Fergus, ON. Jane lived her life to the fullest and always amazed everyone with her “Joie de Vivre.” She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Alastair Campbell. Survived by her children Heather, Alexander both of Elora, and John and his wife Kim of Hackett’s Cove, NS. She will be missed by her grandchildren Ian and his wife Cindy, Kirsten, Erik, Jeffery, and step-grandson Chris. Predeceased by her brother Edward (Teddy). Jane loved animals, especially her dogs Sam and JD. We all will miss her. It is her wish that we celebrate her life perhaps with a glass of wine rather than tears. “Salud y Pesetos!” Friends are invited to share their memories of Jane with her family at St. John’s Anglican Church, corner of Smith and Henderson St., Elora, ON on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 11am. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Wellington Terrace for their wonderful care and genuine concern shown to Jane. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Groves Memorial Hospital, Wellington Terrace, or to the charity of choice.
