Burnett, William ‘Bill’; William “Bill” Burnett beloved husband of the former Joy Besse of Route 3 Clifford passed away at North Wellington Health Care in Palmerston on Tues April 15, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Dear father of- Darlene Rideout and David of Barrie, Bonnie Facklam and Dieter of Fergus, Dale Burnett and Helen of Clifford and Duane Burnett and Karen of Belwood. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Francis Keena and Doug of Waterloo, Marjorie Schieck and Ron of Simcoe and Phyllis Fletcher and Ray of Drayton and 2 brothers Earl Burnett and Karen of Bancroft and Stewart Burnett and Trudy of Brockville. Predeceased by a sister and brother in law Ethelwyn and Neil Burnett. Friends were received at the Garrett Funeral Chapel in Clifford until the morning of Friday April 18, 2008 then to Knox United Church, Clifford for funeral services at 11:00am. Reverend Heather Leffler officiated. The pallbearers were Tony Arnott, Travis Burnett, Troy Burnett, Jamie Campbell, Craig Burnett and Kirk Burnett. Honorary pallbearers were Lorne Brown, Earl Corbett, John McKnight and Dieter Facklam. The flower bearers were Tanya Domm, Tracy Loos and Sabrina Kreslin.
