BURNETT, Doreen “Dot” Isabel (Clayton) July 9,1923 - October 19, 2018. Passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace on October 19, 2018 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of Gordon, for more than 72 years. Loved Mother of Bonny (Jim) Nevett, Murray (Muriel) Burnett and Lorraine (Richard) Clausi. Proud Grandma of Brian (Donna) Nevett, Sandra (Derek) Bolger, Christopher Burnett, Trevor (Tammy) Sargent, Dawn Burnett, David (Debbie) Sargent, Diane Vandermey (Jason Woodard) and Michelle (Andrew) Logan. Great Grandma of Matthew, Dawson, Nathan, Alexis, Maggie, Hayden, Keegan, Annie, Emily, Liya, Kayla, Quinn, Kate, Sam, Charlie and William. Dear sister of Juanita Gibson, Leola Solomon and Alice Donald. Sister- in- law of John (Beth) Burnett. Special Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Mabel and Albert Clayton and siblings Vince, Jean, Bill, Harold, Gerald, Betty and Gordon. Doreen was born in Grand Valley and lived in the Belwood area for most of her life. A private family service will take place. Interment at McKee Cemetery. A special thank you to the staff at the Wellington Terrace for their loving and compassionate care.
