Burfitt, Sheila M

; Passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 20, 2010, at the Greater Niagara Hospital, Niagara Falls. Sheila resided at the Willoughby Manor, Niagara Falls, ON.  Born May 23, 1927 in England, then moved to Canada in 1970. Sheila was the beloved wife of the late John Burfitt (2000), caring mother of David Burfitt (Martha), Janet Phippen (Allan), and Carol Robinson (Alex), and adoring grandmother of 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, "Rockwood Chapel" 117 Guelph Street, Rockwood, ON at 11:30am.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation (cards available at the funeral home 519-856-1100 or send condolences at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com)
