Bristow, Robert James; Passed away peacefully at Riverside Glen in Guelph, on July 4th, 2012 in his 83rd year. Robert was predeceased by his beloved wife Norma C. Bristow (McDermott). Lovingly remembered by his daughter Barbara Fisher (Euan Brookes) and his son Robert N. Bristow (Sandy). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Jason Bristow and Martin and Kelly Fisher. Survived by his sisters Marilyn Livingston, Elizabeth MacKenzie, Carole Siefert and Dianne Wolfe (Doug) and his brother-in-law Jimmy McDermott and sisters-in-law Mary Gummerson and Pat Wilson. Robert is also survived by a very large and extended family. Friends were received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Sunday, July 8th from 2:00 to 5:00pm. Funeral Service was conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on July 9th at 11:00am, with visitation 1 hour prior to the Service.
