Bridge rehabilitation on Elora Gorge Bridge set to begin Oct. 16
ELORA – Bridge rehabilitation on the Elora Gorge Bridge on Wellington Road 7 in the Township of Centre Wellington was set to begin on Oct. 16. The work will be performed by HugoMB Contracting Inc. of Milton. Wellington County officials state the road will remain open, however lanes will be narrow. Oversize loads are asked to re-route around the project site. Delays are expected and the use of an alternate route is recommended. Construction is expected to be completed by the first week of December. Any remaining work will be finished in the spring, states county engineer technologist Philippe Campbell.
