BREMER, Mentje Passed away peacefully on September 22, 2017 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Hotsche for 64 years. Loving father of Harold (Brenda), Henrietta, Grace Fenna (Allen) and Stewart (Darlene). Opa to Christina (Dean), Allen Jr. (Elizabeth), Kimberly (Shawn), Michelle (Peter), Nathan (Ashley) and Jordan. Great Opa to 11 great grandchildren. Mentje is survived by sister Jelly Vlot (Jan) and brother Evert Bremer (Wieke). He is predeceased by sisters Fenna and Suze Rus (Dirk) and brothers Hans (Joke) and Jaap (Rinny). He will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in Holland. Family and friends visited at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Wednesday September 27, 2017 from 12:00 to 1:00pm. A Funeral Service was held in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:00pm. Donations in Mentje’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.  www.grahamgiddyfh.com
