BOYS, Alvin; Unexpectedly on August 28th, 2014 in his 66th year. Alvin will be sadly missed by his co-driver in life Eileen. Beloved father to David (Aimee), Kevin, Mathew, Stacey, Mark, Sean and predeceased by his son Steven. Special Poppa-doodle to Chantel, Brendan, Simon, Emma, Aiden and Alexis. Survived by his sisters Marian (Ray) Peters, Vera (Bill) Hansford, Ann (Earl) Forsythe and brother-cousin Roy Hewitson. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Mae and his sister Ruth. Alvin will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St South, Fergus on Wednesday and Thursday, September, 3rd and 4th, 2014 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 5th, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Fergus Legion Br 275, 500 Blair St. Fergus.
