Bowhuis, Catharina Cecilia (nee Witteveen)

. After receiving the last rites from Father Peter on Saturday, she passed away peacefully in her sleep at home the next morning, Sunday, May 2 in her 90th year. Cherished wife of Piet. Loving mother of Sibbel (Glenn Mullis), Dora and Peter. Beloved sister of Siepie, Margriet (predeceased), Harmen (Minke Witteveen) and Sytske (George Landman). Sadly missed by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Friends were received at Simes Funeral Home, Main St., Grand Valley on Wednesday, May 5th, from 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on May 6th at 11am at St. Patricks Catholic Church, South Proton. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family as your expression of sympathy.
