BOUWMAN, Charles November 9, 1931 – February 9, 2018 Passed away peacefully in his 87th year. Beloved husband to Grace for 63 years. Dear father of Gary (Susan), Carol (Manny), Jeffrey (Kathleen), Kevin (Anne), Darren (Dawn Anne). He was Opa and Papa to 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. Charles is survived by brothers Art (Coba), Merv (Gail) and sister-in-law Elly (Ben) and Grace’s siblings John (Helen), Peter (Lois), Henry, Stella (Harry) and Clara (Pete). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. He is predeceased by sister Mary (Hank) and brothers Jan (Greta), John (Margaret), Gerard (Janet), William, Johan (Lily/Dave Barney) and Hank. Family and friends may visit at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:00pm.
