BOOKBINDER, Clara. Passed away peacefully, at Hospice Wellington, on Monday, February 20, 2017. Clara, in her 89th year, is survived by her loving husband of over 65 years, Oscar Bookbinder of Rockwood. Clara was a beloved piano teacher, first in Toronto, and then in Rockwood for over forty years. She was devoted to excellence in music education; she will be dearly missed by current and former students and their families. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place in the spring. Memorial donations made to Hospice Wellington or the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
