BODDE, Peter With extreme thankfulness for the man he was and the inspirational way he handled the ups and downs of life, we announce Peter’s passing on 15 July 2018. Born in Den Haag, The Netherlands on 12 July 1938, this child of the war years fought oppression in one way or another all his life. He was a kind, generous and fun-loving person and has left a huge void in the lives of his wife Karen, his sister Kaye and many friends and family. Funeral Services were held at 1 pm at Peter and Karen’s home on Tuesday, 17 July 2018 followed by interment at Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
