BMX Skatepark information session
On April 28, Centre Wellington is holding an information session to explore the potential development of a BMX / Skatepark facility in Elora at the site of The Elora Community Centre.
The information session runs from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Elora Community Centre on David Street.
Volunteers will be on hand to share and receive information on this potential development.
In November, councillors here heard the proposal pitch which at that time suggested locating the facility near the Elora arena.
At that time, the projected cost was $400,000 with proponents hoping that service clubs would be able to fundraise and sponsor some of the equipment.
