BLOUGH, Howard Arthur of R.R. #1 Palmerston passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in his 61st year. Dear son of Wilbert Blough and the late Donna (Tilker) Blough. Brother of Flo and Darrell MacKay of London and Roger and Aline Blough of R.R. #1 Clifford. Uncle of Dawn MacKay, Darrell (D.J.) MacKay; Jessica Blough, Roger (J.R.) Blough and Patrick Blough. Great uncle to Owen, twins MacKinley and Mackenna, Maliyah. Fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbours. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Friday, March 30, 2018. The Funeral Service was held in the Knox Presbyterian Church. Palmerston on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Spring Interment in Palmerston Cemetery.
