Blessings to You donates to School Sunshine Fund

HARRISTON – Carly Ogryzlo of The Owl’s Nest, a holistic alternative school located at the ReRoot Farm at RR 4, Harriston, was recently presented with a cheque for $3,000 from the Blessings to You Centre for the School Sunshine Fund. From left: Blessings volunteers Sharon Christensen and Lucille Seiler, Owl’s Nest founder and principal Carly Ogryzlo and volunteers Barb Burrows and Diane Speers.  The school runs September to June. Summer camps run July and August. The Blessings to You Centre receives donations of clothing, shoes, hard goods, etc. and sells these items in its Blessings Thrift and Gift Store, Main Street, Palmerston.  The proceeds then are given back to help those needing supportive funds in Minto. Ogryslo expressed her sincere thanks to the volunteers and donors.
