Blessings to You Centre receives $10,000 grant

PALMERSTON –  The Blessings to You Centre in Palmerston was recently presented with a grant of $10,000 from the Trillium Mutual Insurance Roots Community Fund.

The funds helped to make possible the expansion of the centre from one store location to two on the Main Street, as well as adding a third accessible location for the Donation Depot and Processing Centre.

“The volunteers are thrilled to be out of the basement after nine years of receiving and sorting underground,” officials stated.

With this grant toward the expansion and improvement of The Blessings to You Centre, the organization is poised to make an even greater impact in the Palmerston and surrounding areas, officials say.
