Bethel Baptist Church hosts Free to Everyone event

Treasure - Tyler and Aria Jansen found some treasures at the Free to Everyone event at Bethel Baptist Church in Fergus on Sept. 26. Chair Alissa Pott decided to hold the event to help out the community.

“Everything is donated and folks can drop by to pick something up for free,” she said.

Pott will be accepting donations through the winter months at 301 Edinburgh Ave., Unit B in Fergus. The Sept. 26 event was the first scheduled. Another Free to Everyone event is set for Oct. 24 between 8am and 7pm. Pott hopes to hold Free to Everyone events once a month until it gets too cold and then resume them next spring.
