Belwood and District Lions Club hosts local stop on Hot Rod Tour
One of a kind – The Belwood and District Lions Club hosted the Belwood stop on the Hot Rod Tour and provided food and drinks for participants. The tour ran from London to Goderich from June 2 to 5. Donna and Dave Cook with a truck Dave put together himself. The cab is from ‘57, a White vehicle likely used as a garbage truck. Inside is a 5.3 litre engine from a 2009 Chevrolet Express van. Dave is part of the London Auto Mechanics Car Club. Everything was custom built and took about 18 months to complete, and Dave did everything himself but the paint job.
