Bell, Ralph Harold

Bell, Ralph Harold; Suddenly at his residence in Fergus on Sunday, January 6, 2008, Ralph Harold Bell, in his 70th year.  Beloved husband of the late Helen (1989).  Missed by his sisters Glenda Dundas, Violet Prentice, Shirley Shaw, Laura (Mel) Hoffman and Joyce (Murrell) Kelley.  Dear brother – in – law of Bob Checkley, Maurice Dowdall, Lloyd Rogers and Don McQueen.  Also survived by his special friend Bonnie Berg and many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Harold and Isabelle Bell, sisters Edna Hutchison, Ruby Shea, Nora McQueen, Mildred Rogers, Marjorie Dowdall and Peggy Checkley and brothers Nelson and Bruce.  Ralph was retired from Canada Wire.  Cremation has taken place.  A private family memorial service was held at the Thomson & Collins Funeral Home, 160 St. David Street North, Fergus with Rev. Stephen Huntley officiating.  Interment of cremated remains followed at Belsyde Cemetery.   For those who wish, memorial donations to Groves Memorial Community Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
