Beck, Emily Elizabeth (Nee: Dakin); Passed away after a short illness at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, on January 9th, 2011 at the age of 66 years. Lovingly remembered by her husband of almost 48 years, and best friend “Chuck” Clarence Beck. Loving and amazing mother to Kevin (Cheryl) Beck, Wendy (Bill) Chambers, Tammy (Jim) Cranston and Craig (Kristy) Beck. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Shannon (John) Sanderson, Tara Beck, Courtney Beck, Micheal Cranston, Danielle Cranston, Aveneh Chambers, Logan Beck, and Olivia Beck as well as great grandchildren Tye Sanderson and Hudson Cox. Survived by her 4 brothers and 1 sister. Will be sadly missed by her sister by heart Sandra (Larry) Huber. Always remembered by Dave Sanderson. Predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Elizabeth Dakin as well as infant grandchild Dawson Sanderson. Friends will be received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South in Fergus, on Friday, January 14th, 2011 from 7-9pm. A funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 15th, 2011 at 1pm.
