Bannik-Rider, Wilhelmina (Willy); Peacefully, following a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus. Willy, loving wife of Dave Rider, beloved mother of John Iviney (Nicole) of Fergus, and step-mother of Marie Nap (Calvin) of Ariss and Elizabeth Gillis (Darren) of Kitchener, and cherished grandmother of Lauren, Hunter, Alexander, Victoria, Auston and Rebecca.  Survived by her mother Johanna Bannink of Englehart, and predeceased by her father Bert. Survived also by four sisters Joanne Mountain (Dwayne), Jean Ellerton (Lionel), Grace Macdonald (John) all of Englehart and Betty McMahon (Larry) of Alma, and by a brother Bert Bannink (Pam) of Englehart. She will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews who all loved their Auntie MiMi, and by best friends Pat and Kim. Rested at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph (Sunday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.) where the funeral service was held in the chapel on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11 a.m.  Interment, St. Boniface Cemetery, Maryhill. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Guelph Wish Fund For Children or to St. Boniface Church Building Fund, Maryhill would be appreciated by the family.
